PURPOSE
The purpose of this assignment is to develop learners’ ability to make a management decision using the rational decision making process.
REQUIREMENT
Choose a problem (either work or study related) that you are likely to face in the future. Make a decision regarding this problem using the rational decision making process.
Definition of problem - Covered the chosen problem, and brief descriptions of the surrounding factors, the source of the problem
Identification of decision criteria- Four decision criteria were correctly identified and described
Allocation of weights for each criterion- All weights allocated were feasible with clear reasons given for the allocation
Suggested alternative solutions to the problem-Four clear and feasible alternatives were given for the problem
Evaluation of the alternative solutions- Clear and detailed evaluation of the four alternatives based on the decision criteria
Selection of the optimal decision and justification- Correct optimal decision was given with clear justification
